DO YOU ACCEPT REFUNDS AND RETURNS?
Due to the custom and handmade nature of these products, returns are not accepted. All sales are final sales. If there is something wrong with your order lets chat because we want you to be happy! Customers have 48 hours after shipment delivery to notify us of any problems with the product(s).
ARE YOUR TUMBLERS SAFE TO DRINK OUT OF?
Yes they are! I use FDA compliant epoxy resin that is safe to coat the outside of the tumblers. The epoxy resin takes 3 to 5 days to fully cure before it is safe to drink from, which adds to the production time.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY TUMBLERS?
These products require gentle care. Do not drop your tumblers, this will cause the epoxy resin to crack and that will make us sad. The tumblers are strictly hand wash only! Never put your tumbler in the dishwasher as it will ruin the integrity of the epoxy resin. Do not leave your tumbler to soak. Use gentle dish soap to clean without leaving your tumbler to soak. Avoid extreme heat such as dishwashers, microwaves, prolonged sun exposure. We want you to enjoy your tumblers for as long as possible! Treat your tumblers with as much care as we did while creating it for you!
CAN I ORDER A CUSTOM TUMBLER?
You sure can! We started as custom orders. Due to the nature of custom orders, we like to make sure we are on the same page as you so there will be a lot of communication back and forth to make sure we can get you the beauty you have in mind. Contact us to start your custom order!
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?
Based on your order, shipping can range from $4.50 to $20. I utilize USPS and due to higher volume levels and pandemic restrictions, USPS is experiencing delayed shipping times. Shipping rate is dependent on your order size. Local pickup in Houston, TX is available for those nearby.
